Guides such as Mikki, Lorrie and Shearna add local stories, bush knowledge and calm handling of outback surprises.

“This was an excellent tour. It was 4 days in the red center really seeing and experiencing the area not just a quick “here’s Uluru and out”. Our guide Mikki was amazing. She had so much knowledge to share. She was kind, enthusiastic and truly passionate about the area. The accommodations are basic, it is real camping complete with dirt, flys and campfires, but that only served to make it more of an adventure and not just a tick off a bucket list. Thank you Mikki for making our trip so special.”

“This was a fantastic trip. Including all the classic tourist stops between Alice Springs and Uluru. Our guide was on time, well organized, very knowledgable, kind, funny and safety conscious. We did a lot of hikes no more than 2-3 hours each day in the desert visiting very beautiful and special spots. The food was simple fare and plenty prepared by the guide, customers washed their own dishes. Camping was simple, but adequate in tents or in a swag on the ground. In January it is very hot so we had to hike very early to walk before the heat got bad. There is a lot of driving between places,…”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the 4-day tour of Kakadu & Nitmiluk National Parks which we shared with 6 other travellers. We were accompanied by the lovely Becs who was a superb guide. Her knowledge of the sites we visited and her genuine love of the environment and the local indigenous communities was superb. The rock art sites we visited were truly amazing and the cultural centres gave us the opportunity to learn more about indigenous culture. A highlight was a trip through Katherine Gorge in the company of Suzie, her grandpa and niece who gave us an education in the local flora and fauna and in Aboriginal painting and weaving. There…”
